Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling should be
added to your order total as indicated at checkout on the shopping
cart. Some items may carry zero shipping and handling due to
promotions from time to time.

OVERSEAS: Your
shopping cart shows the shipping charges for the products you
select. Additional shipping costs we will notified to you by
email and on your order status.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Within the USA our standard shipping is ground. Overseas the
shipping time is dependant on your location.
Shipment to Central
Europe: Shipments to
central Europe normally take a minimum of 8-10 business days. At
busy times of the year this may be 21 days or more.
Shipment to the UK:
We ship by airmail to all UK destinations. This normally takes a
minimum of 8-10 days however customs clearance in the UK can be
slow and delays can be up to 21 days and longer at busy times of
the year. Delivery will be via parcel force for kits and radios.
Note: Parcel Force will only attempt delivery to the final address
once, after which they will expect collection from their depot. If
not collected they are shipped back to our office after 90 days.
In cases where parcels are returned we will request payment for
return shipping. No refunds are given where delivery is attempted
and collection is not made.
Shipment to Canada:
This normally takes 8-10 days but can take longer at busy times of
the year.
INSURANCE:
Insurance for your order is only added at your request. We
strongly advise you request insurance when shipping outside the
USA. Insurance rate is 5% of the order value (less shipping).
OVERNIGHT or EXPEDITED
SHIPPING: The
cost of expedited shipping will be added to your order, if you
request this method.
Shipping Schedule: We
will normally ship your order within 24 hours of your credit
card clearance being obtained.
Back Orders:
If the item you require is out of stock, we will back-order it for
you. We will e-mail or phone you if any item is out of stock. If
we be unable to ship your order within our notified period, you
will be contacted by e-mail with the option to cancel your order.
We do not charge your credit card until goods are ready to ship.
Taxes: Tax
will be added to orders received from inside the state of Florida
at the current rate. Note: On overseas orders, your local customs
may add import charges to your order. These are out of our control
and you will be responsible for settling any payments for import
to your country.
WARRANTEE and RETURNS:
Products are not
supplied on a trial basis. Please check specification and
application requirements, prior to purchasing (If you have any
questions e-mail us prior to placing order).
Cancellation and Returns:
Customers have the right to cancel goods or services within 5
working days without giving a reason (see note below for email
plans). In the case of goods, the 5 days commence from when the
customer receives the goods. Items must be returned in 'brand
new', 'un-assembled', 'unused' and 'free from defect' condition
complete with all packaging (SEE NOTES BELOW). An RMA number must
be obtained from our office before you return goods. Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee applies to
all returned orders of 15% of the total order value . This applies
to all orders returned that are free from defect. All refunds are
made when returned goods are received and inspected. Insurance on
returned goods is the responsibly of the purchaser.
NOTE Returns: The
Meaning of Brand New, Un-Assembled, Unused and Free from
Defect is as Follows: The
CD in any kit must not have been opened or seals broken, No parts
bags have been opened and materials in the kits used, written on,
bent, broken or damaged in anyway. The kit is 100% complete as
received. Any missing parts will be charged for by deduction from
your refund. Hovercraftmodels.com and Flexitech LLC do not supply
kits on a trial basis and will not accept returns on that basis.
Special Return Policy
Exceptions: Speed
controllers special exception - 5 day Limited Warrantee: Speed
Controllers or ESC's are easily damaged by reversing the power to
them or mis-wiring them in other ways. Please take extra care with
them. We will only replace units that are faulty through quality
of workmanship issues. We cannot replace units that have been
damaged or burnt out due to other reasons. Check your speed
controller when its first received as per our 5 day check and
return policy below. Returns after that period will not be
accepted.
PLEASE NOTE:
All damaged/faulty goods must be notified within 5 days of
receipt. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.
Products must be returned in suitable packaging, bearing our RMA
number on the outside. Returns not complying with these terms will
be not be accepted. Returns shipping and insurance are at the
purchasers expense. Faulty goods are inspected on return and a
notification by email, mail or telephone will be given. If goods
are being replaced as faulty a replacement item will be shipped by
return once the original item has been received and inspected.
When damage has occurred to goods a damage report and
repair/replacement cost will be given.
Check Payment Terms: Goods
paid for by checks are dispatched when the check is cleared.
Checks must be in US Dollars and made payable to "Flexitech
LLC"
Please Note:
Your credit card bill will show as "Flexitech LLC" - All
charges will be in US Dollars.
